Delivery Information

We’re a home-grown Brisbane bakehouse based on Brissy’s Southside. If you’re located in Brisbane or the surrounding suburbs, we can hand deliver your order any day of the week at a time that suits you best. We offer two types of delivery options:

STANDARD DELIVERY.

Your order will arrive on your selected date, any time between 7am and 4pm.

PRIORITY DELIVERY.

Your order will arrive on your selected date within a two-hour timeframe of your choosing between our business hours (7am – 4pm).

We highly recommend that you have someone home to receive your order as we will only attempt delivery once. If nobody is home to receive your order, we will leave your order in a safe place and send you a text message letting you know that your order has been delivered.

As we do not have a store front yet, we are sadly unable to offer order collections at this time.

Products & Ingredients

We sure do! You’ll currently find gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options available on our Menu. If you have any other special dietary requirements, please let us know! We’ll do our best to see if we can bake some delicious desserts that suit your needs.
 
Please note: While we take great care when baking these products, we do advise that all of our products are produced using the same kitchen facilities and utensils. Therefore, our products may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, sesame and soy.

Because our desserts are all made fresh to order, they’re best enjoyed on the day you receive your order. However, they will keep for a few days in the (unlikely) event that you have any leftover desserts!

CUPCAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

While our cupcakes are always best eaten fresh, they can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For the perfect cupcake experience, we recommend removing them from the fridge 1 hour before consuming them.

COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

While our cookies are always best eaten fresh, they can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Our cookies can also be heated up in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to resemble that ‘just-out-of-the-oven’ taste and texture.

BROWNIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

While our brownies are always best eaten fresh, they can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Our brownies can be enjoyed hot, cold or at room temperature.

Heat them up in the microwave for 10-20 seconds and watch as the ganache melts into a gooey sauce. For a rich, fudgy experience, you can enjoy our brownies straight from the fridge.

 

Orders & Payment

Visit our Menu to place your order for cupcakes, cookies and brownies. Simply click on the desserts you’re after and select how many you’d like to order. Follow the prompts to visit your cart and checkout. Once you are in the checkout area, this is where you can select your delivery date and make payment.

The minimum quantity you can order of each product is 6 regular cupcakes, 12 mini cupcakes, 6 cookies, and/or 1 small brownie tray.

We’ve also capped the number of products you can order online to 48 cupcakes of the same flavour, 48 cookies of the same flavour and 6 brownie trays of the same size. If you would like to order more than these maximum amounts, we ask that you get in touch with us so that we can put together a custom quote (with more savings!) for you.

Get in touch with us! If you are wanting to place an order with more than 48 cupcakes, 48 cookies, and/or 6 brownie trays, contact us with details of your order and we’ll put together a custom quote for you. Our baked goods are made to share, that’s why the more you buy the better value for you!

We typically require a minimum of 2 days notice for orders, but depending on how large your order is, and whether you are wanting to hire one of our Dessert Walls, we may need at least 4 weeks notice. We ask that you please give us as much notice as possible to ensure that we can meet your order requirements, and deliver to you on your preferred date.

If you are wanting to place a last-minute order, give us a call on 0404 311 746 and we’ll do our best to whip up a batch in time!

As per our refund policy, the following will be offered for order cancellations:

  • Full refund for cancellations that are made more than 30 days from the nominated delivery date.
  • 50% refund of the total order value for cancellations that are made between 15 and 30 days from the nominated delivery date.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days or less from the nominated delivery date.

Dessert Walls

We have three different size walls that can cater anywhere from 30 to 500+ people. The size of the wall and the number of desserts adorning your wall will depend on which Dessert Wall Package you choose.

Yes! Depending on which Dessert Wall Package you choose, you can select between 2 to 8 different flavours/desserts to fill your wall. If you’re finding it difficult to pick just a few flavours, you are able to add more flavours to your wall as an additional extra so your guests will be spoilt for choice!

We want everyone to enjoy our desserts and have a wonderful time at your event. Let us know your guests’ specific dietary requirements and we will do our best to bake some tasty goodies that suit their needs. You’ll currently find we have a delicious range of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options available on our Menu. We will also ensure these desserts are packaged separately from the rest of your Dessert Wall.

As part of our Dessert Wall Packages, you get to choose one of our beautifully crafted golden signs to adorn your wall. We have five different golden sign options including:

  • Eat me!
  • Let’s party!
  • Sip, sip hooray!
  • Oh baby
  • Forever begins today

To give your wall a special personal touch, you have the option of adorning your wall with a personalised sign as an additional extra.

While we have no doubt that our Dessert Walls would look beautiful in almost any location, unfortunately they have not been designed to withstand unpredictable weather conditions such as wind and rain. Therefore, our walls are strictly for indoor use only.

To make a Dessert Wall booking, we require at least 4 weeks notice before the date of your event.

We ask that you please give us as much notice as possible to ensure that we can meet your order requirements, and avoid any disappointment in case we’re fully booked out. It is also important that you give us plenty of notice if you are wanting to add personalised touches to your wall as these take time to design and create.

Get in touch with us! We’re happy to answer any questions that you have about our Dessert Walls via phone and email. When you’re ready to make a booking, we will schedule a time to have your complimentary briefing session (via phone or video conference) to discuss your Dessert Wall.

After your briefing, you can lock in your Dessert Wall booking by making a 50% deposit. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until this 50% deposit has been made.

When you order one of our Dessert Walls, you will be sent an invoice via email that will require you to pay a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. The balance of this invoice, in addition to a $100 fully refundable security bond, will be due 14 days prior to the day of your event.

As per our refund policy, the following refunds will be offered for Dessert Wall cancellations:

  • Full refund for cancellations that are made more than 30 days from the nominated event date.
  • 50% refund of the total order value for cancellations that are made between 15 and 30 days from the nominated event date.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days or less from the nominated event date.
